    Training is the framework for helping employees to develop their personal and organizational skills, knowledge and abilities. The focus of all aspects of human resource development is on developing the most superior work force so that the organization and individual employees can accomplish their work goals in service to customers. Measuring the effectiveness of training programs, however consumes valuable time and resources. Many training programs fail to deliver the expected organizational benefits. Having a well-structured measuring system in place can help you where the problem lies. On the positive note, being able to demonstrate a real and organizational benefit to you can help you gain more resources from important decision maker. The study entitled “The Effectiveness of Induction Training program in MPEDA” was carried out with the objective to examine the effectiveness of Training program in MPEDA. The study was undertaken with seven selected parameters. Primary data was collected through structured schedule. Scaling techniques, percentages were used for analysis. The level of effectiveness is categorized highly effective, effective and ineffective based on the index obtained.

    Study on marketing management of Sitaram Ayurveda Pharmacy Ltd. for Narasimham oil

    Marketing management is the organizational discipline which focuses on the practical application of marketing orientation, techniques and methods inside enterprises and organizations and on the management of a firm's marketing resources and activities. Marketing management employs tools from economics and competitive strategy to analyze the industry context in which the firm operates. The scope of a business' marketing management depends on the size of the business and the industry in which the business operates. Effective marketing management will use a company's resources to increase its customer base, improve customer opinions of the company's products and services, and increase the company's perceived value. The project entitled “A study on marketing management of Sitaram Ayurveda Pharmacy Ltd. for Narasimham oil” were undertaken with the objectives vii. To understand the marketing management practices followed by Sitaram Ayurveda Pharmacy Ltd for the promotion of Sitaram Narasimham oil. viii. To evaluate consumers, retailers and dealers perception towards the maketing of Sitaram Narasimham oil. ix. To suggest improved marketing strategies for Sitaram Narasimham oil. The sample size of the study was 60 consumers, 8 distributors and 15 retailres of Sitaram Narasimham oil , in Thrissur Corporation. Consumers were selected by using convenience sampling method. The study was based on primary data and secondary data, the primary data were collected from the sample respondents through personal interview. The collected data were analyzed using percentage and ranking index method. In order to keep the company vibrant and responsive to the needs of the customers, it is vital to regularly monitor the level of consumer satisfaction and marketing management practices.

    In this context the present study entitled “Consumer Attitude Towards Value Added Products of Kerala State Cashew Development Corporation” has done with the objectives: To know the consumer’s attitude and retailers’ perception towards value added products of KSCDC. The study was conducted in four different locations of Kollam district during the months of August and September 2017. For the analysis of above objectives, primary data were collected through structured questionnaires for retailers and consumers of the product from selected research area.

    Employee satisfaction in Kerala Feeds Ltd.

    Employee satisfaction is the terminology used to describe whether employees are happy, contended and fulfilling their desires and needs at work. Many measures support that employee satisfaction is a factor in employee motivation, employee goal achievement and positive employee morale in the work place. Basically Employee satisfaction is a measure of how happy workers are with their job and working environment. So it is clear that employee satisfaction is a critical factor determining job performance and leading to employee morale and determines the success of the every organisation. The study is attempted on satisfaction of employees on Kerala feeds Ltd with the following objectives: To analyze the performance of employees in terms of the policies and measures of the organization 2. To show the major factors which have significant impact in the employees satisfaction of the organisation 3. To assess the level of satisfaction of employees Design of the study given in the first chapter clearly reveals the evidence of employee satisfaction in the success of an organisation. The second chapter, which examined the profile of Kerala Feeds Ltd shows that institution has made a reputation in kerala and in the cattle feed industry with in a short span of time. It is a successful organisation in the public sector and has achieved steady increase steady increase in sales turnover. The third chapter was attempted to analyse the employees satisfaction in a similar line as is specified in the methodology. The level of satisfaction is analysed in order to find out the major areas of discontent, which adversely affect the employees and the organisation as a whole. This chapter presents discussion of results presented in chapter four and the conclusions made thereof.
