    Agriculture is the backbone of the Indian economy. Agriculture in India is a family business. India is a global agricultural powerhouse. It is the world's largest producer of milk, pulses and spices, and has the largest herd of cattle in the world (buffaloes) and the largest area of wheat, rice and cotton. It is the world's second largest producer of rice, wheat, cotton, sugar cane, farmed fish, mutton and goat meat, fruits, vegetables and tea. Indian women play a vital role in the Indian farming community, still unknown today. Cultural and anthropological literature suggests that agriculture is the invention of women. They were engaged from the start in feeding and milking animals. Thus, from the very early age of the invention of agriculture to modern agriculture, women played a significant role in the development of agriculture, and this means not contemplating about woman farmers and anticipating agricultural development would be shortening the pace of technical revolution by more than ahalf.

    “The crime statistics are indicative of the women's traumatised existence. No place is safe for them, not even. their mother’s wombs. They are put to death before they are born". R.K. Narayanan (Former President of India) The Census 2011 states that as a national average, the sex ratio for every 1000 males was 914 females, compared to 927 females per 1000 males in 2001. This indicates that female foeticide is on the rise in society. In a patriarchal society in India, the preference for a son to a daughter is well known, but female foeticide in the womb is a terrible practice that is still prevalent in this era. (Mann, 2016)

    In the medical world, philosophical phrases about the role of food and nutrition, such as those of Hippocrates since 400 BC, are often cited. Food is medicine, ‘let your medicine be your food’. However, observing the extent of global child malnutrition, which is a direct or indirect cause for 55 percent of the mortality of children below five years of age (around 12 million/ year) and also the prevalence of clinical malnutrition somewhere along the path, the true meaning of these sentences has been lost. One of the surprising contradictions in hitting the world is that although we produce more food than ever, one-tenthof the people on earth are hungry (Szajewska, 2009).

Arthur Lewis Natural resources are resources that exist without actions of human kind. This includes all valued characteristics such as magnetic, gravitational, electrical properties and forces etc. on earth it includes: sunlight, atmosphere, water, land (includes all minerals) along with all vegetation, crops and animal life that naturally subsists upon or within the heretofore identified characteristics and substances.

The order is tall, but there are committed organisations working in this space. We must now come together. ( Visaria and Mishra, 2017)

    The present study was conducted to assess and compare the association between Obesity and Mental Health of adolescent boys and girls (13-15 years) studying in Government and Private Senior Secondary Schools of Bikaner City. The total sample for the present study consisted of 200 adolescents (50 each normal and obese boys and 50 each normal and obese girls) randomly selected from purposively selected 8 schools of Bikaner city.

    The present study was undertaken to asses and compare selected dimensions of parent-child relationship of adolescent boys and girls (12-18 years) studying in Govt. Senior Secondary Schools of Bikaner city (Rajasthan). The total sample for the present study consisted of randomly selected 180 adolescents (90 boys and 90 girls) from six randomly selected Government Senior Secondary Schools. Data were collected through a standardized tool i.e. Parent-Child Relationship scale developed by Rao (2001).
