MuraliArticleItem Unknown Studies on Metamizole, Cyproheptadine and Phenobarbitone Sodium Interaction in Rats(TANUVAS, 1982) Kanniappan, M; Samuel, J.Jayasekaran; Natarajan, R; TANUVASThe above findings clearly indicate that analgesic effect of metamizole was reduced or nullified at the dose of 225 mg/kg body weight on simultaneous administration with cyproheptadine at the dose of 0.1 mg/kg body weight, and 72 hours after the administration of phenobarbitone sodium at the dose of 100 mg/kg body weight and cyproheptadine at the dose of 0.1 mg/kg body weight.
