Abstract
Peripheral blood derived Hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) in canine were isolated, characterized and differentiated based on growth characteristics. cell surface protein proļ¬le and transdifferentiation property in vitro. Forty numbers of peripheral blood samples from apparently healthy young dogs (two to six months) irrespective of breed and sex were utilized for this research work.
