Nineteen SNPs are reported in DGAT1 gene in buffalo. In the present study six out of 19 SNPs (SNP 1606, SNP 1784, SNP 1875, SNP 2141, SNP 2217 and SNP 2394) were genotyped and their association with milk fat percentage and milk yield was ascertained in Mehsana buffalo.en“Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) typing of Mehsana buffalo at DGAT1 Intron 1 gene”Thesis
