Clinical examination revealed dyspnoea, odynophagia and retching. Hemato-biochemical analysis revealed leucocytosis, neutrophilia, high blood urea nitrogen, hypernatremia and hyperchloremia. Thoracic radiography revealed esophagial diverticulum. The case was treated with fluids, prokinetics and antibiotics.
