The mean levels of plasma vitamin A (mcg / 100ml) in farm bred anoestrous (43.26 ± 7.03) and cycling buffalo cows (43.45 ± 5.66) taken together, though higher than the urban anoestrous (28.87 ± 3.04) and cycling (30.73 ± 4.11) groups of buffalo cows, are statistically not significant. This points out that neither beta carotene nor vitamin A has any influence on anoestrous in buffaloes.en-USVitamin ABeta CaroteneBlood PlasmaAnoestrous BuffaloesLevel of Vitamin A and Beta Carotene in the Blood Plasma of Normally Cycling and Anoestrous Buffaloes (Bubalus bubalis)Cheiron Vol.13 Iss.03 Pg.164-166Article
