It works on “Bottom up approach”, where farmers are in focus. Farm School is one of the different cafeterias under ATMA. Farm School is a basic production and managing facility of any crops or livestock designed to teach the learners everything about production and management under the direct supervision of successful farmers/teacher/trainer or anybody with the use of principle “learning by doing”. Farm school consists of group of people with a common interest, who get together on a regular basis to study the "how and why" of a particular topic.EnglishThesis
