A total of 93 calves born at Livestock Research Station, Anand from 30th Oct, 1987 to 30th Oct, 1988 were included in the study. The mean body weight of this calves was 20.15 ± 0.34, 66.15 ± 1.19 and 99.47 ± 2.26 kg at birth, 4 month (weaning) and 6 month of age.
