The investigation involves collecting primary data through structured questionnaires administered to apple farmers. Key findings highlight that key partners, such as labor and suppliers, play crucial roles in the ecosystem. Moreover, orchard management and planning are significant activities in the apple growing business. The value proposition focuses on providing good quality products and effective packaging for commission agents, wholesale distributors, and retailers. Customer relationships are emphasized through customer information gathering and feedback collection.
