Ten characters were selected for study in two varieties, namely, GI-1 and Sel-70. The seed yield was highly and consistently correlated with milk stage spikes, total number of spites and effective number of spikes in the variety GI-1 for both the years. Total number of spikes and effective number of spikes were highly and consistently correlated with seed yield in the variety Sel-70 for both the years. Number of tillers showed consistent correlation value was comparatively low for both the years. Total number of spikes and effective number of spikes were highly inter-related for both the years for both the varieties.enPLANT BREEDING AND GENETICS, AGRICULTUREAN ANALYSISCORRELATION AND PATH CO-EFFICIENT ANALYSIS IN ISABGUL (Plantago ovata Forsk)Thesis
