The aerobic bacterial load of the pre-freeze semen extended with BPSE was lower compared to other two diluents. The post thaw semen extended with MBPSE showed no growth of bacteria with gentamicin supplementation. Gentamicin supplementation was highly effective in arresting the microbial growth in all the diluents tried.enVeterinary ScienceArticle
