G. Laboratory, Department of Horticulture, B. A. College of Agriculture, Anand Agricultural University, Anand, Gujarat, India during the year Rabi 2017 to investigate the Effect of grading and post-harvest application of chemicals on quality and shelf life of custard apple (Annona squamosa L.) cv. Balanagar. The experiment was laid out in Completely Randomized Design with Factorial concept having ten treatment combinations. An experiment comprised with two factors (1) Grade – A and B (2) chemical levels Ascorbic acid (500 and 1000 mg/l) and KMnO4 (0.05 and 0.1 %) along with control. The treatments were repeated thrice.
