Lake’s diluent, Beltsville Poultry Semen Extender (BPSE) and modified BPSE along with three cyroprotectants i.e. Glycerol, Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO) and Ethylene glycol at different concentrations and equilibration periods.
