Both coupled yielded reason for current level of satisfaction. There was insufficient secondary data due to which primary data was collected. This project was conducted within the geographical region of Gwalior with a sample of 150 respondents. Data were collected from the selected interviewees by the questionnaire. The study showed that all of the total respondents (100.00%) consume the mushroom pickle, 59.00% respondents use the readymade pickle from market.
