A total of 11 Siruvidai chicken and 17 Peruvidai chicken eggs were subjected to this study. The shell colour of eggs of Siruvidai chicken is mostly light brown (58.33%) with lesser proportions of dark brown (25%) and light brown eggs (16.67%).
