Rats were divided into 8 groups-I (Normal control), II (Adenine control), III (Aqueous extract-AQ. EX. of B.C.), IV (AL. EX. of B.C.), V (Aqueous extract-AQ. EX. of A.A.), VI (AL. EX. of A.A.), VII (Biherbal -BIH. AQ. EX., 3:1), VIII (Biherbal-BIH. AL. EX., 3:1). All groups had six rats each. All the rats were numbered group wise and individually.
