Faecal sample and whole blood were collected for diagnostic study. Canine ParvoVirus-2(CPV 2) was con rmed in faeces by PCR using “H –Primer” and the faecal sample was negative for endoparasites. The dog was treated with cefotaxime and pentastarch at the dose of 10ml/kg body weight for 5 days. The dog was recovered after 7th day of treatment.
