Faecal sample and whole blood were collected for diagnostic study. Canine ParvoVirus-2(CPV 2) was con rmed in faeces by PCR using “H –Primer” and the faecal sample was negative for endoparasites. The dog was treated with cefotaxime and pentastarch at the dose of 10ml/kg body weight for 5 days. The dog was recovered after 7th day of treatment.
