Detailed necropsy was carried out and the samples were collected in saturated salt solution and 10% neutral buffered formalin for toxicological and histopathological examinations respectively. The liver and kidneys were severely congested and the mucosa of the abomasum and intestines revealed severe congestion andhaemorrhagic contents. There were severe degenerative and necrotic changes in the liver, kidney, abomasum and intestine.
