Highest incidence (25%) was recorded in 2000. Among the 13 breeds of dogs, 3.44 and 22.41% samples originated from cross-bred and non-descript dogs respectively. German Shepherd dogs had the highest incidence (24.13%). Mammary tumours were mostly encountered in females (97.4%). Only one condition was recorded as non-neoplastic, pyogranuloma (0.86%). Out of 115 mammary tumours, 38% were benign, 32% malignant and the rest mixed tumours.enArticle
