In first phase, chemical composition was determined for methi straw and a feeding trial of four weeks followed by metabolism trial of 7 days were conducted using 6 male magra sheep of same age group and uniform conformation. The dry matter intake, digestibility of dry matter, gross nutrients and fibre fractions, balances of nitrogen and minerals, digestible nutrient contents and their intake, body weight gain and feed efficiency were studied for methi straw.ennullStudies on Nutritional Evaluation and Optimum Utilization of Methi (Trigonella foenumgraecum) Straw in Complete Feed of SheepThesis
