In phase-l of the study, stable nano form of selenium was prepared by wet chemical method (water solution phase method) with a mean yield of 62.07 ± 2.52 per cent. The size of the nano form of selenium obtained was 79.43 ± 1.32 nm and zeta potential of -27.03 ± 0.28 mV.
