Samples were taken from affected eyes using a sterile swab for bacterial isolation and identification. Staphylococcus aureus was isolated and identified and it was found to be most sensitive to Tetracycline, Enrofloxacin, Gentamicin and Amikacin and resistant to penicillin, ampicillin and methicillin.
