One hundred sixty (160) day old commercial broiler chicks were distributed randomly into four treatment rations i.e. T1 ration containing 100% DL-methionine (Control), T2 ration containing 100% herbal methionine, T3 ration containing 50% DL-methionine and 50% herbal methionine as well as T4 ration containing 125% herbal methionine.
