Microscopic agglutination test showed 95 percent of the samples positive results for Leptospira of which 52.63 percent cases showed positive agglutination to one serovar and 47.36 percent cases showed positive agglutination to more than one serovar. Though the dogs were vaccinated with strains of serovars of L. canicola, L. icterohaemorrhagiae, L. pomona and L. grippotyphosa only.
