A total of 720 milk samples were collected at weekly interval from December 2015 to May 2016. The entire study period was divided into two seasons namely, winter (December-February) and summer (March-May). The milk composition viz., fat, solid not fat, total solid, protein and lactose content of milk were analyzed.
