The significant factors affecting the buying behavior pattern in reference to organic food products and the relationship of socio-economic variables in respect to the consumer buying behavior for organic food products. The area of present study has been the Mirzapur division of Uttar Pradesh. The data has be collected from 160 respondent with the help of structured questionnaire. The finding showed that most of the respondents check for organic certification logos on package before buying. The finding also revealed that relative’s friends and online media are the largest source of information affecting the consumer behavior for organic food products.
