All the physiological parameters such as rectal temperature, pulse rate, respiration rate and skin temperature were recorded on the day of blood collection at 7.30 am and 2.30 pm during experimental period. The blood samples were collected on day 45, 38, 31, 24, 17, 10 and 3 before parturition , on the day of parturition and on day 3, 7, 10, 15, 30 and 45 after parturition for analysing the biochemical profile, hormonal profile, minerals, enzymes and antioxidant enzymes.EnglishASSESSMENT OF OXIDATIVE STRESS AND BIOCHEMICAL PROFILES IN CROSSBRED COWS DURING PERI-PARTUM PERIODThesis
