Andhra Pradesh ranks first in the mango area and it is the second-largest producer of mango followed by Uttar Pradesh in India. In Andhra Pradesh, mango occupies 3.76 lakh hectares of area with a production of 45.17 metric tonnes of production with a productivity of 4.9 MT per acre.
