The type of work environment has a tremendous effect on the employees well being. The employees who have positive feeling towards the workplace i.e. their supervisor, co-workers, organization policies etc. are likely to perform well, show more commitment and loyalty. The present study was conducted to study the forms of workplace incivility experienced by the employees and to study the job engagement and turnover intention of employees. The study was conducted in hotels located in Shimla town of Himachal Pradesh. The sample size of the study was 117. Data was collected from the sample with the help of a questionnaire. The findings revealed that the employees have sometimes experienced different forms of workplace incivility from their supervisors, co-workers and sub-ordinates. The findings also revealed that employees tend to have lower job engagement. The finding further revealed that the employees have lower turnover intentions.
