The stage of estrus of cows brought for AI were determined and then inseminated. The day of insemination was taken as day 0 and pregnancy was diagnosed ultrasonographically at day 7, 14, 21, 28 and 35. The diagnoses at these days were compared with TRUS at day 60. The sensitivity (Se), specificity (Sp), positive predictive value (PPV) and negative predictive value (NPV) for pregnancy diagnosis by TRUS were calculated. There were no remarkable sonographic findings at day 7 and any conclusion on this day was not more than a rough guess.ennullUltrasonographic Evaluation of Estrus, Pregnancy and Reproductive Problems in CattleThesis
