Fruit Cv. Ganesh" with six postharvest treatments and two storage conditions was conducted in two sets of experiments with three replications in Factorial Completely Randomized Design. The treated fruits of pomegranate Cv. Ganesh were stored at room temperature (22.7 to 24.36 C : 52.0 to 82 % R.H.) and in cool store (8 C : 90 to 95% R.H.) There was an increase followed by subseqent decrease in TSS, reducing sugars, total sugars and specific gravity with corresponding decrease in acidity and juice content upon prolonged storage of pomegranate fruits under both the storage conditions irrespective of postharvest treatments.ennullStudies on Extending the Shelf life of Pomegranate (Punica granatum L.)
