Field experiment was laid out in Completely Randomized Design (Factorial) with 7 treatment combinations replicated thrice. The treatment combinations comprised of different doses of Ghanjeevamrit applied as a drench and Jeevamrit as a foliar spray. The observations were recorded on various growth, flowering and potting compost parameters. Among different treatment combinations, earliest flowering (74.35 days), maximum values for plant height (18.52 cm), plant spread (13.60 cm), number of leaves per plant (30.74), number of shoots per plant (23.15), number of flowers (27.37), duration of flowering (82.78 days) and pot presentability score (93.82) were recorded in treatment combination T7 {Ghanjeevamrit @ 80 g per pot + Foliar spray of 10 % Jeevamrit}. Similarly, maximum flower diameter (7.26 cm) was recorded in treatment combination T2 {Ghanjeevamrit @ 40 g per pot + Foliar spray of 5 % Jeevamrit}. The maximum total viable microbial count (127.56 × 104 cfu/g soil), highest organic carbon (5.88 %), as well as available nitrogen (424.88 kg ha-1), phosphorus (15.06 kg ha-1) and potassium (333.27 kg ha-1) were also found under treatment combination T7 {Ghanjeevamrit @ 80 g per pot + Foliar spray of 10 % Jeevamrit}EnglishSTUDIES ON NATURAL FARMING NUTRIENT MANAGEMENT PRACTICES ON GROWTH AND FLOWERING OF POTTED PANSY (Viola × wittrockiana) UNDER MID HILL CONDITIONS OF H.P.Thesis
