Seven day old seedlings grown at 27° C could tolerate a rise in temperature up to 42° C however most genotypes dried at 47° C after 6 h of treatment. Genotypes showed differential response to tolerance for 47° C for shorter periods (3h). Based on screening for heat tolerance variety RMO-40 was considered for molecular study of heat.ennullIdentification of Heat Related ESTs in Moth bean through Suppression Subtraction HybridizationThesis
