Rats of group I served as untreated control where as Group II received drinking Water containing lead as lead acetate @1000 ppm (Pb1000). Group III was exposed to feed containing technical grade endosulfan @ 100 ppm (E100) and Group IV Was exposed to Pb (1000) +E (100), respectively. Group V Was treated as stimulated control group. All the treatments were given daily for 28 days. On 0, 7, 14, 21 and 28th day serum samples were col- lected from all groups of animals. Indirect ELISA was performed along with biochemical parameters. The results suggest that the higher concentrations of endosulfan and lead alone and in combination produced significant alterations in the humoral immune response in rats.enVeterinary ScienceEFFECT OF SIMULTANEOUS EXPOSURE OF LEAD AND ENDOSULFAN AT HIGHER CONCENTRATIONS ON HUMORAL IMMUNITY IN RATSIndian Veterinary Association Kerala - Proceedings 7th KVSC 2015 - 14th - 15th November 2015Article
