Abstract
Crossbred cows (24) with clinical endometritis at oestrus were equally divided into 3 groups. comprised of 8 cows in each. They were treated with single intrauterine infusion of 50 ml of ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid (EDTA) -tris with
2.5 g of streptopenicillin. 2.5 g of streptopenicillin alone and 50 ml of normal saline (control).
