Abstract
he present investigation entitled “Effect of foliar application of multi micronutrients and biostimulants on growth, flowering, yield and quality of goldenrod
(Solidago canadensis L.)” was conducted at the Floriculture farm, Jambuvadi, College
of Horticulture, Junagadh Agricultural University, Junagadh (Gujarat) during October
2021 to January 2022. The experiment was laid out in Randomization Block Design
(RBD) with four replications. There were total seven treatments, i.e., (T1) Multi micronutrient (Grade-IV) 0.5 % + Seaweed extract 1 %, (T2) Multi-micronutrient
(Grade-IV) 0.5 % + Panchagavya 3 %, (T3) Multi-micronutrient (Grade-IV) 0.5 % +
Banana pseudostem sap 1 %, (T4) Multi-micronutrient (Grade-IV) 1 % + Seaweed
extract 1 %, (T5) Multi-micronutrient (Grade-IV) 1 % + Panchagavya 3 %, (T6) Multi micronutrient (Grade-IV) 1 % + Banana pseudostem sap 1 % and (T7) Control.
Different treatments were significantly affected on the growth parameters viz.,
plant height and number of suckers per plant of goldenrod.
It is evident that significantly maximum plant height (22.04 cm), (46.58 cm) and
(63.49 cm) at 30, 60 and 90 days and number of suckers per plant (9.80) were recorded
with treatment T6 [Multi-micronutrient (Grade-IV) 1 % + Banana pseudostem sap 1 %].
Different treatments were signifi
