Abstract
In the present study PHB producing Bacillus amyloliquefaciens KT722771
was isolated from slaughter house waste cattle rumen fluid and screened for PHB
production by Psudan black staining. PHB production was confirmed by Nile blue,
Nile red, Acridine orange.
