Abstract
Human being frequently attempt to reach a certain level of excellence according to the hereditary character and surrounding environment. They set certain goals and ambitions to achieve during their Life span and this quest tor something above the other ls the aspiration of an individual. A revel of aspiration is a subjective goal to performance. The serves es a reference point for feelings of success or failure. To the problem solver. performance that exceeds the level of aspiration is successful and that which Calls short of the level or aspiration is failure. A level of aspiration ls fundamentally an operational goal a basis action (Starbucks 1963). The term "level Of aspiration" ls best explained "a frame Of Reference involving self-esteem or alternatively as a standard with reference to which an individual experiment success or failure (Drever 1968) for Hurlock (198). Aspiration "means the coal which" individual sets for herself in e tali(,which has intense personnel significance for her or in which her ego is involved.
