Description
Enlisting of different models of Integrated Farming System will act as baseline information for agriculture experts, extension functionaries and farmers for research, capacity building programme and to understand the models with components. It will help the Scientist and line Department Personnel for scoping of Integrated Farming System. Study on the aspect of involvement of women in different agricultural operation will act as a guide for trainers to design the capacity building programme. Participation of women in decision making in farming operation will ensure the development of agriculture. Result of the study will help to strengthen the programmes to bring about a greater and allied activity. Inspite of significant contributions made by women in the field of agriculture they face many constraints and problems. So identification of constraints will be helpful for planners and policy makers to address the issues and to solve the constraints faced by women in agriculture as well as in Integrated Farming System.
