Title: Pathology of Endosulfan Toxicity in Chicken
Publisher: Indian Vet. J.
Language: en
Type: Article
Abstract: Pathological changes observed as early as week 2 in 30 ppm level clarified the toxic effects of endosulfan in broiler chicken at a lower dose itself. Lymphoid depletion observed in the spleen and bursa indicated the immunosuppressive effect by endosulfan. Further studies to elucidate the mechanisms of toxicity of endosulfan in broiler chicken are needed.
