Abstract
The incidence of thelitis was found to
be highest during the first 30 days of
postpartum in primiparous buffaloes
(Sankaram and Kotayya, 1977). The etiology
of this disease in unknown (Sundaresh and
Sundaresh, 1997) and cause heavy
economic loss to the dairy farmers (Rao and
Sreenu, 1999).
