Abstract
The present study was carried out to correlate different criteria of diagnosis of Canine mammary tumours (CMTs) by histopathology and immunohistochemistry. Research work was carried out at Department of Veterinary Pathology, College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, AAU, Anand. Canine mammary tumours were collected from Teaching Veterinary Clinical Complex (TVCC) of College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, AAU, Anand, Government polyclinic and private clinics in Gujarat. The objectives of the current research were to study the clinical history of patients, gross morphology of tumour, histopathological characterization of tumour, histopathological classification and incidence, histopathological grading, immunohistochemical study and molecular classification of canine mammary tumours.
