Abstract
Escherichia coli (E. coli) is a gram
negative bacterium which is responsible for
considerable economic loss to the poultry
farmers. Colibacillosis occurs rarely as such,
but is usually associated with various inducing
factors. The present study was undertaken to
investigate the poultry farms with spontaneous
occurrence of colisepticaemia and also to
screen for the concurrent infection of Infectious
Bursal Disease (IBD), Ranikhet Diseases (RD)
and Coccidiosis.
