BIOCHEMICAL CHARACTERIZATION OF YERSINIA SPECIES IN MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS

Abstract
Aseptically collected milk and milk products samples including l4l0 raw milk, 185 pasteurized milk, 308 buttermilk, 113 khoa, 205 ice cream and 210 paneer were analysed to characterize the Yersinia species biochemically to study their incidence in and around Chennai in India.
