Ultrasonography showed prostate hyperplasia and enlarged left testis resembling tumour. Histologically, the testicular tumour composed of neoplastic germ cells (seminoma cells) and sex cord stromal cells (sertoli cells). They were arranged in tubular structure. Based on the gross and histopathological features, the case was diagnosed as mixed germ cell and sex cord stromal tumour.
