Abstract
An experiment was designed and conducted to study the chemical composition and the effect of dietary supplementation of ghee residue on growth performance, carcass and sensory characteristics, haemato-biochemical analysis, egg production and its quality characteristics, amino acid composition of meat, fatty acid composition of meat and egg, cholesterol content and cost effectiveness of including ghee residue in Japanese quail diet.
