Twenty five cows with fat cow syndrome formed the clinical group and were subjected to detailed anamnesis, clinical examination, haematology, serum biochemistry, ultrasonographic evaluation, quantitative analysis of B-mode image, doppler ultrasonography and histopathological examination of liver.
