Abstract
The present study was undertaken to compare and evaluate the anaesthetic effects of ketamine and propofol as induction agents under isoflurane maintenance and midazolam premedicated pyometric bitches with renal insult.
The study was conducted on twelve clinical eases, referred to Small
Animal Outpatient Surgery unit, Madras Veterinary College Teaching Hospital. Twelve pyometric bitches with renal insult were randomly divided into two groups of six each.
