Abstract
The present study was carried out to develop an iron rich premix and its impact on Hb level of school going girls (N=50) of government Maharani Sr. Sec. School, Bikaner (Raj). Result of dietary adequacy and nutrients intake showed that the study group was consuming less than recommended allowances for their age. Mean weight, height and Hb of subjects were appeared to be 33.28 kg, 1.47 m and 7.78 g/dl, respectively.
